The M&S Graduate Program is Sanofi's flagship early career accelerator, designed to fast-track exceptional talent into M&S China's core leadership pipeline. Over 3 years, you will gain cross-regional, cross-functional business immersion across critical M&S operations — building deep operational expertise, strategic thinking, and global perspective through real-world challenges. With industry-leading executive support — including a Site Head as your Career Sponsor and a Global M&S Leader as your dedicated mentor — you will benefit from direct access to M&S China Cluster and Global Business Leaders through regular executive dialogues, a personalized development journey with external professional coaching, and targeted capability building in Digital & AI, critical thinking, and leading change. This is your express lane to becoming a strong successor in M&S China's core leadership team.

Main responsibilities职责描述：

1. BD Product Management

• Lead the Industrial Product Team (IPT) in defining industrial product strategy including product presentations, capacity/investments, dual sourcing, and COGS requirements/improvements in alignment with business unit requirements and company priorities

• Define the industrial product roadmap with prioritization of lifecycle programs and required investments against product drivers

• Act as key pillar in M&S China Strategic Plan preparation for all topics related to assigned products and associated industrial network (activity allocation, back-up strategies, long-term industrial footprint, asset management)

2. Operational Excellence & Risk Management

• Oversee execution of the industrial roadmap, including critical projects aligned with product drivers, long-term capacity and supply planning, long-term regulatory strategy, and supporting commercial lifecycle management

• Foster effective and dynamic resource/budget allocation to projects aligned with portfolio prioritization and requirements

• Provide input to DS and DP Sourcing/CMO selection and scenario planning beyond the M&S perimeter; lead initiation and preparation of necessary sourcing cases

• Set up commercial and tech transfer governance together with EM&S, Commercial, Site, Supply Chain, and MSAT

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with functional leaders (heads for MSAT, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to execute the industrial product mission

• Deliver industrial expertise with communications adapted to non-industrial experts across the organization

• Foster sharing and application of best practices to increase efficiency and harmonize ways of working

• Contribute to adapting the M&S Operating Model and ways of working by providing new ideas and participating in continuous improvement initiatives

About you 任职资格:

Experience 2–3 years of experience in a specialized function — such as manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, R&D, or digital/data

Education Master's Degree required; STEM background (Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related discipline) or top MBA strongly preferred

Languages Fluent in English
