Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using an ITSM tool
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding — account creation and device provisioning
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolution steps
Adhere to SLAs and contribute to a positive end-user experience
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls
Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
Customer-first mindset with a keen problem-solving attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment
