We are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics AX/D365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in enterprise-level implementations of Dynamics AX/D365, with a focus on financial systems and compliance with Polish legal standards. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless deployments, and providing expert support to our clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape business solutions for our clients by implementing cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics technologies while ensuring compliance with the financial and legal complexities of the Polish market. You will be part of a global team, contributing to projects that have a real impact.
Extensive experience with MS Dynamics AX/D365 (both implementation and customization).
Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in financial systems and processes, particularly with Polish legal requirements and Polish GBK.
Familiarity with key tax and financial reporting standards, including VAT compliance and SAF-T reporting.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery, transparency, and quality assurance.
Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Polish organizations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business practices.
Configure and manage financial modules, including General Ledger and Project Budgeting, to streamline financial operations.
Set up and manage VAT matrixes, VAT reports, SAF-T, Intrastat, and statistical reporting using Microsoft's Electronic Reporting tool.
Facilitate data migration for fixed assets, open Accounts Receivable (AR), open Accounts Payable (AP), Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and Balance Sheet (BS) data.
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues post-implementation.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing expert guidance and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.
Location: Remote from Poland (occasional business trips, ~10%)
