MS Dynamics AX/365 Functional Consultant (1-Year Contract, Hybrid Work Model)

Location: Bangkok (Chatuchak Area) | Contract: 12 Months (Potential to convert to permanent)

Salary: THB 60,000 90,000 / month

A well-established international IT solutions firm is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics AX/365 Functional Consultant to join their growing team in Thailand. This role offers a hybrid 3/2 work model and an opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 solutions to align with complex business needs. This includes working closely with stakeholders, optimizing system configurations, and supporting smooth rollouts.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business workflows and gather system requirements

• Configure and customize Dynamics AX/365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration and UAT

• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical aspects

• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure high-standard deliverables

• Stay updated on platform changes and proactively suggest process enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics AX/365 implementation

• Strong domain expertise in at least one functional area: Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing

• Experience in business analysis, solution design, and functional documentation

• Solid grasp of system integration and data migration processes

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa, or Spanish is an added plus

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred
