Job Description

Key purpose:

As a Finance & Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Department of our company. You'll provide support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Business Central as well as developing custom applications using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). You'll also need to have experience with Configuration Manager, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager or similar.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ongoing D365 BAU Access Requests and Incidents fulfillment and management
  • Provide 2nd line and 3rd line BAU support
  • Resolve system security of user permissions in D365 F&O using recording guide and apply
  • Prepare UAT scripts for testing the configured scenarios using task recorder and save of RSAT testing in Azure DevOps
  • Performing functional, integration, regression and performance testing
  • Creating test plans and detailed test cases using AzureDevops
  • Provide MS D365 Security consultation and development of security role(s) support required
  • Provide Post Go-Live Support for GA deployment

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance and/or Business Administration or related field required
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Business application development, customer support, project management, IT infrastructure, and other functions that fall under the responsibilities of this role
  • 8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Business Central preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM required
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant: Associate
  • MB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
