We are looking for a Senior CE Functional Consultant with 8–12 Yearsstrong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Shipping/Logistics domain processes. The candidate will be responsible for business requirement analysis, solution design, CE configuration, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across shipping operations, vessel management, cargo operations, and logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand shipping and logistics operational requirements.

  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, forms, and business rules.

  • Support business processes related to shipment lifecycle, cargo handling, vessel operations, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with technical and integration teams for integrations with ERP, Port Management, WMS, TMS, and third-party systems.

  • Support automation and workflow optimization using Power Platform components.

  • Drive UAT, training, deployment, and post-production support activities.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, and SOPs.

  • Participate in customer governance meetings and provide functional recommendations and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting.

  • Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional solutioning.

  • Experience in Shipping, Maritime, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics domain.

  • Hands-on experience in CE configuration, workflows, security roles, dashboards, and business process flows.

  • Knowledge of shipment management, cargo operations, booking lifecycle, and logistics workflows.

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to integrations with ERP, Port Management Systems, TMS, or external carrier systems.

  • Understanding of API-based integrations and Azure ecosystem.

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Knowledge of container tracking, vessel schedules, freight operations, and documentation workflows.

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification

Experience :

8–12 Years
