Lead the functional design,
configuration, and implementation of D365FO modules related to Retail, Finance,
Supply Chain, and e-Commerce operations.

Conduct business process
analysis and drive solution alignment with industry best practices.

·
Prepare and maintain
functional documentation including process flows, FDDs, test scripts, and
training materials.

·
Collaborate with
stakeholders from finance, inventory, procurement, e-commerce, and logistics
teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

·
Support retail-specific
workflows such as pricing, promotions, POS integration, and order fulfillment.

·
Design, develop, and
maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations in D365FO using X++,
COC
, and Microsoft’s extension model.

·
Build and support
integrations between D365FO and Shopify, including order sync, product data,
inventory levels, customer information, and financial updates.

·
Use tools such as OData,
Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs to implement scalable and
secure integrations.

·
Perform data migrations
using DIXF/DMF and manage environments, builds, and releases using LCS and
Azure DevOps.

·
Develop and maintain SSRS
reports and other reporting requirements for retail KPIs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

·
Deep functional and
technical knowledge of D365FO for Retail and Commerce.

·
Demonstrated experience in
integrating Shopify with D365FO (native APIs or middleware solutions).

·
Strong skills in X++,
Extensions, COC, SSRS, SQL, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.

·
Experience with end-to-end
solution delivery including testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

·
Effective communication with
the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

·
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

·
3
+ years of hands-on
experience in D365FO (Techno-Functional role), with at least 2 years in retail
or e-commerce environments.

·
Experience in full
lifecycle ERP implementations including Shopify–D365FO integration.

·
Microsoft Certifications in
Dynamics 365 (Functional and/or Technical) preferred.

·
Familiarity with retail
industry compliance, operational flows, and digital sales channels.
