What we are looking for:
The Managed Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service operations, inventory management, parts fulfillment, and customer support activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, managing service-related requests, RMA processing, inventory accuracy, procurement activities, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with inventory and service management systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for service-related inquiries.
• Coordinate parts ordering, inventory replenishment, and stock transfers.
• Process and manage RMAs (Returned Material Authorizations).
• Inventory Procurement and Management
• Coordinate service projects and track progress to completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Purchasing, Accounting, Billing, and Field Service.
• Perform stock transfers on CIL and Parts Service inventory replenishments
• Inventory reconciliation of all CIL and Parts Service inventory levels, across Amdocs/FedEx/JDE systems, to ensure matching accuracy and take corrective action, if necessary.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and integrity issues.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up on customer and internal requests.

The experience and skills we value:
• High School Degree with some college
• College degree a Plus
• 2-4 years on the job training
• Usage of all common computer applications
• Microsoft Products
What Will Put You Ahead:
• Understand how to research and resolve all inventory integrity issues
• Ability to source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and purchase non-stock requests via AMEX or purchase order.
• Provide Internal Customers with Accurate answers to inquiries and follow up until resolved.
• Amdocs
• Oracle (JDE)
• Service Work Order related experience.
• Cinema related experience
