The MRV Country Coordinator - Senegal will serve as the country lead for Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) activities while acting as a quasi-Project Manager for all MRV-related projects across Senegal. The role is responsible for coordinating field data collection, ensuring data quality, managing project execution, and providing leadership to field teams to deliver high-quality studies on time and within budget.
Working closely with the Regional MRV Manager, the successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects, support the recruitment and training of field enumerators, drive operational excellence, and ensure that all MRV activities align with business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of project coordination, field team leadership, data management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.
