Job Description

Our client is a woman-owned consulting firm that provides strategic and operational support to federal agencies and government partners. The Recruiter will support talent acquisition efforts across a variety of business functions and consulting engagements, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

This is a part-time contract position requiring a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week and up to 32 hours per week, based on business needs. The initial engagement is expected to last a minimum of 90 days, with the potential for extension based on project demands and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
