Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Issue tools/ equipment directly to personnel borrowing and maintain record of the transaction.

• Check serviceability / calibration due date of tools / equipment before issuing. • Inform Project Management and Planning on tools and equipment that is required or will be required by a current or upcoming check or maintenance task, but will not be available unserviceable.

• Check tools/equipment returned after use for damage and proper tagging before putting it back to the designated storage bin. If damaged, demand for a written report from the last user / borrower detailing the cause and extent of damage. Coordinate with Engineering for disposition and/or replacement of damaged tools. • Check serviceability, completeness and correct identification tag of each tool / equipment received from Warehouse. Update records as required.

• Check applicable Brochure / Manual such as Operation / Service / Maintenance Manual and Parts Catalog are received with newly purchased tools / equipment. • Return immediately to Warehouse all loaned tools/ equipment upon completion of the task. Inform Logistics.

• Maintain an updated record of calibration due date of all precision measuring tools / equipment. Send all tools / equipment to Warehouse due for calibration / test. • Route all unserviceable tools / equipment to Warehouse for repair / test.

• Update records on all tools/equipment sent out to Repair Stations. Constantly follow up these tools out in repair.

• Maintain and update the master lists of all tools/ equipment at tool room

• Safe keep and maintain cleanliness of all tools/ equipment including the whole tool room and workshops.

• Coordinate for respective offices to maintain the security, proper ambient condition and cleanliness of the tool room, as required.

• Performs job with high integrity

• Has good interpesonal and communication skills

Professional Skills:

• At least 2-yr course, preferably in any aviation course

• With at least 1-yr related experience
