Your Role on Our Team

The MRO Clerk is responsible for maintaining MRO inventory levels, issuing work orders generated and/or approved by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineer, closing and filing completed work orders, issuing purchase order and receive MRO items.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • CMMS system
  • Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle counts
  • Place purchase orders for MRO items
  • Receive MRO items into inventory
  • Work with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasks
  • Print and issue Maintenance & Tool Room work orders
  • Close completed work orders and file
  • Purchase order system (POETS / JDE/ Other)
  • Issue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cells
  • Receive items listed for MRO items & consumables
  • Backup as needed for Facility Purchasing agent
  • Generate reports as needed for Maintenance Manager / Engineer
  • Acquire vendor pricing for items requested by Technicians / Engineer / Facilitator
  • Maintain technician availability list
  • Organize and maintain MRO inventory location areas
  • Adhere to safety requirements
  • Practice 5Ss
  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Computer skills (excel, word, CMMS software, JDE, POETS, etc.)
  • Other Duties as assigned.
