Lead strategic Category Management for MRO across Europe, partnering closely with Site Procurement and Maintenance teams to align sourcing strategies with local requirements and optimized supplier panels. Drive value through sourcing, tendering, supplier and contract lifecycle management, while ensuring performance, compliance, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization. Reporting to the Regional Procurement Director, this role collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers across the region.

Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Relationship Management
• Defining and implementing category strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Building strong relationships with plant Procurement and Technical/Maintenance stakeholders.
• Managing supplier panels and strategic supplier partnerships, in collaboration with the North American counterpart for global suppliers.
• Conducting market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities within manufacturing and distribution markets.
• Driving supplier innovation, value creation, and specification optimization to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Leading supplier risk management and sustainability initiatives in accordance with the Group's Supplier Code of Conduct and Sustainable Sourcing Policy.
Source to Contract
• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations for multi-site supplier agreements, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and business objectives.
• Manage supplier panels and the full contract lifecycle, including governance, renewals, amendments, and complex long-term contractual frameworks, while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment across Procurement and Technical functions.
Procure to Pay
• Ensure alignment of category activities with procurement processes, systems, and e-procurement standards.
• Promote catalog usage and prioritization of codified items across sites.
• Monitor category performance and address critical operational issues with plant stakeholders.
• Support digitalization and automation of procurement tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
Added-value Support
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive governance, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support category performance through stakeholder engagement, budgeting and forecasting coordination, and mentoring of junior procurement team members.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; procurement certifications (CIPS, ISM) are a plus.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain, with strong exposure to Technical/MRO procurement in industrial environments.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across complex, multi-country organizations.
• Experience managing trans-European supplier networks, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships within matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations, maintenance activities, and CAPEX procurement processes.

Key Competencies
• Expertise in Category Management, Technical/MRO sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and compliance.
• Proficient in procurement systems and digital tools (ERP, eProcurement, eSourcing, contract management).
• Capable of developing sourcing strategies that deliver operational and business value.
• Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Languages
• Business fluency in English and French is required, German would be a plus.

• Fluency in the official language of the country of residence is mandatory.

Location
This role can be based at any Constellium location in France or Germany.
