Job Description

采购经理（MRO）广州全职供应链板块职位描述工作职责：
1、MRO品类管理：负责采购策略制定与执行，依据公司内部需求和外部环境（市场调研、行业发展状况、友商采购情报等）制定相应MRO品类采购策略，并利用PDCA循环执行采购策略，定期汇总MRO采购数据形成分析报告，提升策略精度；
2、采购执行与库存管控：负责执行采购全流程，包含审核MRO采购需求合理性、供应商寻源、资质审核、招标、定点、审核并签订合同、验收及付款等流程，确保采购流程合规高效。协助生产部门优化MRO库存结构以及库存管理策略，降低库存资金占用；
3、供应商全周期管理：负责开发优质MRO供应商并制定供应商管理策略，建立供应商评估体系（质量、交付时效、价格、服务响应速度等），定期开展绩效考核。
4、采购降本：主导年度价格协议谈判，签订框架协议或长期合作合同；多视点多维度进行采购降本，含VAVE技术降本，以及集中采购、成本分析、商务谈判等商务降本；
5、合规与风险管理：确保采购流程符合企业内控要求及国家相关法规，监督采购合同执行的合规性，防范廉政风险。识别MRO供应链风险（如供应商断供、物料涨价、物流中断），制定应急预案；
6、跨部门协同：与生产、IT运维、财务、仓储等部门对接，收集需求反馈，解决跨部门协作问题。职位要求1、大学本科及以上学历，供应链管理相关专业优先；
2、具备国内外主机厂MRO品类（含工具、辅料、备件、劳保等）项目采购经验；
3、能熟练使用EXCEL、ERP系统或采购数字化平台分析采购数据，并输出决策报告；
4、具有业务敏感性，能够识别业务风险，提前预警；
5、拥有寻源能力，价值谈判能力，商务议价能力及品类管理能力；
6、抗压能力强，适应互联网工作强度与节奏；
7、业务沟通能力强、具有较强的执行力以及团队合作精神；
8、具备较强的职业道德感及合规意识。投递
