For our sleek, but extravagant MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE location in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Demi Chef. As Demi Chef you uplift the guests experience during their visit in MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE Amsterdam which is located in the W hotel behind the famous Dam Square. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. To give quality service, both to guests and colleagues and to assist in a smooth running of operations. As our Commis Chef you will assist and participate actively in the departmental goals. The ideal candidate is a team player, is interested in working in a modern steakhouse and can be a true ambassador for the MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE brand.

Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Chef de Partie
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
A keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
Located in or near Amsterdam
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Great team player
To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Senior Chefs
