工作目的

在所负责的业务区域内, 利用医学专业知识和科学领导力，以病患为中心，建立稳固的合作共赢关系，实现产品的学术交流有效性，推动业务可持续的增长。

主要职责

拟订医药产品推广计划和方案；

向医务人员ä¼ é€’åŒ»è¯äº§å“ç›¸å…³ä¿¡æ¯ï¼›

协助医务人员合理使用本企业医药产品；

收集、反馈药品临床使用情况及医院需求信息。

医学代表可通过下列形式开展学术推广等活动：

• 在医疗机构当面与医务人员和药事人员沟通；
• 举办学术会议、讲座；
• 提供学术资料；
• 通过互联网或者电话会议沟通；
• 医疗机构同意的其他形式。

个人发展：

• æ ¹æ®åŒ»å­¦ä»£è¡¨ (MR) 能力描述中的要求，培养能力，提高效率
• 确定自我完善的方向，并与地区经理 (DSM) 探讨发展需求
• 践行阿斯利康的价值观，培养秉承道德与合规的可持续发展的思维和行动
• 积极参与公司内部业务会议、产品与业务培训和活动

工作要求和胜任能力

• 大专或大专以上学历；医学、药学、生物，化学等相关专业的优先；
• 一年以上医药行业的相关经验优先；
• æœ‰è¾ƒå¼ºçš„å­¦ä¹ èƒ½åŠ›å’Œæ•¬ä¸šç²¾ç¥žï¼›
• 良好的人际沟通能力和协作能力；
• 具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力；
