今回は、希少疾患事業本部における血友病領域MR のポジション募集です。

部署について
RBD セールスグループは、営業部署において最も少人数のチームで血友病領域の変革に挑んでおり、個人・チームの目標達成にこだわりをもって活動しています。
現在、新しい作用機序の新薬を届けており、今後の適応追加・新薬上市も含めて希少疾患領域における貴重な経験と達成感をともにすることができる部署になります。
ポジションについて
MR として、社内・社外のステークホルダーに対して責任をもった行動ができることを前提とします。
具体的には、活動計画の策定、コンプライアンスに基づいた情報提供、安全性情報の収集、活動内容の記録と報告、顧客ニーズと市場動向の分析など、MR の基本業務を高いレベルで遂行できることを求めています。
応募要件
・大学卒業以上
・MR 経験5 年以上、もしくは、それに準じた業界での営業経験
・大学病院など、キーアカウント施設の担当経験があれば尚可
・希少疾患領域でのMR 経験、新薬上市経験、KOL 担当経験があれば尚可
・情報収集スキル、セリングスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、問題解決スキル、IT スキル（Word 、Excel 、Power Point 等のOA ソフトや業務上必要となる各種アプリ操作）
・環境の変化に適応して、変革を推進できる力
