职位描述
1、工厂质量监控与出货管理：监控ODM工厂各项质量指标，负责日常生产巡检稽核、出货抽检（PSI）及物料异常处理，持续提升工厂质量水平。 2、新品导入质量策划：负责NPI阶段质量策划（良率目标、售后品质目标、DFX评审、工艺流程评估、测试覆盖率），主导新品EVT/DVT/PVT各阶段质量跟进闭环及ECN试流结果评估。 3、品质改善与会议管理：组织工厂日常品质改善（8D、5Why），主导品质会议并跟踪措施闭环。 4、品质指标与市场应对：对新品上市FFR、PSI指标达成负责；快速处理市场重大质量投诉、敏感事件及舆情问题。 5、社返与第三方管理：负责社返机责任判定并固化流程，对接第三方验货及异常处理。
职位要求
必备： 1、理工科本科及以上（电子、机械、工业工程优先），5年以上消费电子工艺或质量管理经验，有整机厂/ODM工厂质量实战背景，熟悉电视整机工艺者优先，能力突出者年限可放宽。 2、熟练运用8D、5Why等异常分析工具，有质量改善落地案例。 3、适应常驻郑州工厂的工作节奏，具备较强的异常报告与复盘能力。 加分项： 1、电视/显示领域TOP公司任职经历。 2、熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC等工具。 3、有项目管理及跨部门拉通经验。
