Job Description

The Project Specialist is responsible for providing a high standard of engineering support to project teams.

• Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables for internal and external customers.
• Mentor others as required.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
• Assist in the development of overall service plans and associated procedures for projects, and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Professional Qualifications – 4 year degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance or Construction Management.
• Min 7-10 years in EPC Oil and Gas projects
• Experience with Engineering deliverables, Procurement, Piping/Vessel/Structural fabrication and skidded packages
• Financial Background is a Plus
• SAP knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience, navigating large databases and ability to aggregate data for use to control the project
• Strong verbally and written
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Self-motivated
