The MPS Inventory Coordination Student Intern will support the team in generating reports, monitoring inventory activities, validating data, and tracking operational metrics. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, inventory management, governance processes, and operational support within a global business environment. The intern will assist in ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining data quality, monitoring inventory movements, and supporting task coordination activities to help drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain inventory and operational reports to support business monitoring and decision-making.
  • Track inventory movements, accepted items, stock adjustments, and productivity metrics.
  • Assist in monitoring aging items, governance activities, and case prioritization processes.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
  • Support the handling, allocation, and tracking of operational requests and cases.
  • Maintain tracking tools, master lists, and reporting databases.
  • Assist in consolidating information and preparing management summaries and dashboards.
