Responsibilities include preparing, tracking, and presenting agenda items, amendments, agreements, resolutions, public notices, committee materials, and related documentation.
Additional responsibilities include consultant procurement and contract coordination, including RFQs, RFPs, task orders, scopes of work, agreements, procurement schedules, contract documentation, invoice and reimbursement coordination, and related implementation support.
