职位描述
1.负责公司项目在OEM工厂的导入，制定项目计划，管理跟进项目进度，确保新项目顺利导入量产； 2.跨部门协调研发、产品、计划、采购等各个部门把控NPI阶段的各个关键时间节点，控制项目导入进度和导入质量； 3.主导公司项目驻场试产落地，负责组织协调前期准备工作，并全程跟踪试产过程； 4.试产会议召开，试产过程中的相关问题收集及推动改善； 5.试产总结会的召开及试产进阶评审主导； 6.量产项目的ECN管理； 7.总结NPI中发生的重大问题和经验教训，优化解决方案和工作流程. 8.负责工艺方向技术能力提升，引进新的工程技术并应用，工程技术平台的建设和技术积累。
职位要求
1.大学本科及以上学历，工科类相关专业； 2.具有消费电子、智能硬件类整机产品经验； 3.熟悉生产流程及NPI流程，并能设计符合产品特性的测试流程；有项目管理经验，能熟练运用项目管理技能，了解产品的开发流程者优先； 4.具有良好的团队合作和服务意识，工作态度积极主动，耐心。
