As we are expanding our operations in Skopje, we have a next exciting opportunity fo r MP&L Manager who wishes to develop in international environment within central Material Planning and Logistics at our office in Skopje, North Macedonia. Your main task will be to ensure that strategic material planning processes are in line to enable operational and production continuity. You will be Leader who works closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements coordinate the definition of Supply Chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies, and tools; ensure their deployment in the different sites and toward Suppliers.

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead a central material planning team supporting MP&L Innovation, Strategy, Leadership & Vision with the goal of increasing supply chain performance.
• Introduce and implement internal strategic materials systems and procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee analysis of customer schedules to identify demand and potential constraints.
• Strategically manage the coordination of material supply into the plant to support manufacturing build.
• Oversee the storage and supply of materials within the plant to support the facilitation of daily production and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Risk management and escalations.
• Ensure maintenance of ERP/MRP parameters.
• KPI development, monitoring and action plans definition.
• Ensure stock accuracy within the ERP system to enable effective management of material component supply.
• Driving seamless launches with no materials related disruptions.
• Facilitate the timing of engineering level change to ensure maximum traceability and minimum stockloss.
• Work effectively with other internal departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, HR and Finance.
• Ensure that suppliers are managed and developed to meet the requirements of the products and service to ensure the most effective ongoing service is provided with existing and new product information.

Your profile

• Solid experience in material planning and logistics management, ideally in the automotive sector.
• An university degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in material supply, stock control and managing Customer demands.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Expertise in systems and ERP.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to develop processes and procedures.
• Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of contractual and legal aspects (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for transformation projects. Long-term strategic vision.
