Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven MPF Sales Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing relationships with designated distribution channels, providing quality pre-and-after sales service, participating in marketing events, and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster and enhance relationships with front lines of designated distribution channels to secure additional sales resources.
2. Deliver high-quality pre-and-after sales service, including participating in marketing events and preparing market information and statistical reports.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans, aligning them with the overall organizational objectives.
4. Engage in relevant business development activities to drive growth and expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
• Solid knowledge of MPF and ORSO legislations, as well as proficiency in PC skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Holders of SFC (Type 4) & MPF licenses are preferred.
