
Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Our MISSION is to help ensure the security of the United States and its allies by providing high-hazard experimentation and incident response capabilities through operations, engineering, education, field, and integration services and by acting as environmental stewards to the Site’s Cold War legacy. MSTS is a limited liability company consisting of Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell), Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (Jacobs), and HII Nuclear Inc.
Reporting to the Manager I of the Material Planning & Control Group (MPCG) within the Asset & Material Management Department, the Matrix Operations Supervisor II will support the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) missions. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining warehouses and storerooms across the complex, utilizing MPCG designed processes to ensure optimal use of, and data integrity in, the Maximo system.

Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
Bachelors' degree or equivalent training and experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of related and progressively responsible experience.
Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and experience with Oracle and Maximo systems for data input and retrieval.
Demonstrated experience in scheduling and customer service within dynamic environments.
Strong ability to collaborate with various craft groups, external agencies, customers/sponsors, and suppliers to effectively administer projects and programs.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate professionally with all levels of employees and management, especially during stressful situations.
Proven ability to exercise considerable discretion and judgment in performing work and evaluating operational/process effectiveness.
Capable of working independently and without direct supervision to execute and monitor work assignments, ensuring established deadlines are met.
Adept at using relevant information and individual judgment to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, government laws, rules, regulations, and standards.

The primary work location is the Nevada National Security Site (65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada).
Work schedule is 4/10s (subject to change).

Annual salary range for this position is: $103,480.00 - $165,568.00.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
