Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Knowledge and/or Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in project assurance role and risk management, with experience of managing complex projects
• Proficient in QMS, ISO 9001, 29001, 140001, OHSAS 18001, and API Q2
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of project management methods and project governance frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project governance policies and procedures
• Experience of developing and implementing project assurance processes and procedures
• Strong understanding of project management tools such as Prince2 or Agile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Knowledge in various Quality tools, Six Sigma and lean process
• Demonstrated experience in Auditing Projects organizations. Certified Lead Quality Auditor is a plus
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
