Mower Operator - Bayside City Council

Depot Location - Kilpa Road, Moorabbin

Citywide is recruiting for experienced Mower Operators for our Bayside City Council contract.

About the Role:

• Full-time Monday to Friday (with weekend work and overtime available - dependent on the volume of work)
• Attractive working hours - 6.30 am to 2.36 pm
• Maintenance of large and small open space grass parks with mowers and other horticultural machinery
• Undertake and record daily worksite assessments. (Onsite audit checklist, HAC sheets, Quality of works & OH&S compliance).

Essential skills required:

• Experience in operation of front deck mowers and zero turn mowers
• Victorian Drivers Licence
• Must be able to work autonomously
• General horticultural knowledge

Desirable Skills:

• Victorian MR Truck Licence
• Traffic Management Certificate
• Herbicide Spraying Licence
• Chemical Certificate
• First Aid Certificate (Level I)
• Disease and Pest Control Identification Certificate
