Job Description

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible neurologist with fellowship training in Movement Disorders to join our growing Neurology team in Keene, NH. This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized movement disorders practice while maintaining a general neurology caseload — ideal for a physician who wants both subspecialty focus and the variety of community-based general neurology.

The Opportunity

  • 25% Dedicated movement disorders clinic (Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, and related disorders) combined with 75% general neurology outpatient practice
  • Collaborative relationship with Dartmouth Health's academic neurology department in Lebanon, NH, including access to subspecialty consultation and shared educational resources
  • Opportunity to help shape a sub-specialist split model for the Keene neurology service line, working alongside colleagues to build referral patterns across the region
  • EMG/EEG availability
  • Conrad 30 J-1 visa waiver eligible

Requirements:

  • BC/BE in Neurology (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in New Hampshire
  • Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to coordinated, team-based care
