Key responsibilities / ​ Công việc chính

• Ensure compliance of moulding process standard. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về quy trình ép nhựa.

• Maintain moulding process documents (moulding instructions, mould card, etc). / Chịu trách nhiệm cho tài liệu về quy trình ép nhựa (moulding instruction, mould card, vv).

• Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for complex Moulding production issues and process improvement. / Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu về quy trinh, nhận diện các biến động và đề xuất giải pháp cho các vấn đề sản xuất Ép Nhựa và để cải tiến quy trình.

• Support in Moulding Process Engineer (MPE) activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new moulds, equipment, processes, and technologies. / Hỗ trợ trong các hoạt động của bộ phận kỹ thuật ép nhựa (MPE) và hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo tích hợp trơn tru các khuôn, thiết bị, quy trình, và công nghệ mới.

• Optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety. / Cải tiến và tối ưu hóa các quy trình sản xuất để nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng và an toàn.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về an toàn, môi trường và quy định trong tất cả các hoạt động về quy trình kĩ thuật.

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency. / Nhận biết và triển khai các cải tiến nhằm giảm chi phí, tối thiểu hóa lãng phí và tăng hiệu suất.

• Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation. / Đào tạo và hướng dẫn cho các nhóm sản xuất về các quy trình, thủ tục và thiết bị mới nhằm đảm bảo triển khai và vận hành thành công.

Do you have what it takes? / Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on Plastic Injection Process Area. / Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Quy Trình Ép Nhựa.

• Deep understanding of moulding paramentes setting. / Kiến thức về thông số của quy trình máy ép nhựa.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues. / Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và phân tích với khả năng xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề quy trình phức tạp.

• Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards. / Kiến thức làm việc về an toàn quy trình, đánh giá rủi ro và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quy định.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. / Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giao tiếp hiệu quả để cộng tác với các nhóm chức năng và các bên liên quan.

• Time flexibility (support for weekend shifts needed) / Linh hoạt về thời gian (hỗ trợ ca cuối tuần nếu cần).
