MOULD FOREMAN

Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Salary: PHP 23,000–27,000

Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 12-hour duty

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate moulding production activities to ensure efficient operations, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. Responsible for managing the production team, monitoring processes, coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment
• Experience in injection and blow moulding operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in data analysis and production reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
