1. Responsible for planning and controlling mold cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure quality and adherence to the defined schedule.
2. Plan manpower allocation for mold maintenance and repair tasks.
3. Develop and improve mold maintenance processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
4Plan and prepare molds for job changes entering production, and perform maintenance on molds from completed jobs.1.Manage and monitor inventory of all mold SKUs, accessories, and consumables within the department.
2.Inspect new molds, repaired molds, and stored molds to ensure readiness and support for production activities.
3.Prepare mold sets for production job changes and perform necessary repairs to support continuous production.
4.Collaborate with the production and quality teams to improve mold performance and implement corrective actions for defective mold components.
5.Train new subordinate employees and evaluate their practical skills and performance during the onboarding process.
6.Enhance mold durability and maintain part quality while identifying opportunities for cost savings and extending mold life cycles.
7.Communicate issues related to mold repairs and evaluate the overall situation within the department.
