About the role:
We are seeking a Motor & Pump Engineer with a strong electrical background to join an international product development environment characterized by close collaboration with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
In your role you will support design and development of motors and pumps for household appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers, including both existing products and new introductions,
You will contribute to the development, validation, and industrialization phases, working in compliance with established company processes, procedures, and standards.
The role requires you to analyze technical solutions with suppliers, factory and other functions. You will work autonomously and will solve a range of straightforward to complex problems.
This position is well suited for candidates who perform effectively in a hybrid or remote working model, demonstrating autonomy, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset, and who are motivated to contribute to global product development programs. The role involves ongoing interaction with international suppliers and with internal functions located worldwide, within a structured, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-driven environment.
In detail, you will:
Design and develop motors and pumps for Care Products;
Manage approval documentation including drawings (collection, analysis and issuing via PLM software);
Ensure compliance with both internal compliance standards and internal/external safety standards (IEC, CE, UL, etc.)
Support Projects Development as Team Member, responsible for development of motors and pumps;
Support supplier development and component industrialization with supplier technical support;
Support Cost Reduction and Quality Improvement projects for motors and pumps.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering;
Knowledge of induction and permanent magnet motors is a plus;
3+ years of relevant experience in electrical parts development in R&D department is a plus;
Overall product knowledge (Functionality, manufacturing, safety, ...) is a plus;
Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills;
Good teamwork and collaboration skills:
Knowledge of Dassault Catia and Siemens NX;
Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (or similar PLM software) is a plus;
Knowledge of Care Products is a plus;
Knowledge of international Safety Standards for household appliances is a plus;

You will be based in our Żarów factory and report to Motors & Pumps Manager in Porcia (Italy), Care R&D.
