The Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) performs functions of the state relative to the examination and licensing of operators of motor vehicles, the suspension and revocation of such licenses, issuance of vehicle title and registration certificates, license plates for all motor vehicles operated upon the highways of the state, recordation of liens against vehicles, and the collection of sales/use tax and other appropriate fees, all in accordance with applicable laws.
We’re looking for a Motor Vehicle Analyst to join our Special Vehicle Unit. The Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) will provide the highest quality service and protection to internal and external customers in an environment that views change as opportunity.

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
May be required to possess a current Louisiana driver's license at the time of appointment.

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment
Career Progression: This position may be filled as a MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLIANCE ANALYST 1, 2, or 3, depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation: This position is eligible for premium pay of up to $2.00 per hour.
