We are seeking experienced Motor Mechanics (light vehicles) and Diesel Motor Mechanics (heavy vehicles) to join our workshop team in Perth. These roles require specific skills but are combined in this advertisement due to their complementary nature within our operations.

This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to our Service Manager in Perth.

Key Accountabilities are but not limited to –

• Diagnose, service, and repair light or heavy vehicles according to your area of expertise
• Conduct routine inspections, pre-delivery checks, and ensure vehicles comply with safety and licensing standards
• Use diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify faults and perform effective repairs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and warranty work in line with OEM/manufacturer guidelines
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Accurately record work details and job times on repair orders and company systems
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to support workshop operations

Skills and experience –

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in motor or diesel mechanics
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities applicable to your vehicle category
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, and team members
• MR Licence required for Diesel Motor Mechanics; Forklift Licence is desirable
• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is a plus, and training will be provided
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork

Note: This is a full-time position based in Perth. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday.

We offer competitive annual salary range of $76,515.00 and $90,000. This will depend on level of skills and experience.
