Key Responsibilities
Domain & Business Validation
Analyze motor insurance business requirements, user stories, and functional
specifications.
Validate business processes across:
o New Business
o Renewals
o Endorsements
o Cancellations
o Claims
o Underwriting
o Policy Issuance
o Premium Calculation
Review and ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company
standards.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for motor insurance applications and processes.
Test Planning & Execution
Design, review, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Validate end-to-end business workflows across multiple systems.
Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance
Testing support.
Ensure coverage of positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Underwriters,
and Claims teams.
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and impact assessments.
Support business users during UAT and production validations.
Provide domain guidance to testing teams and project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Contribute to test strategy and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimization.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
Highlight risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
related field.
5+ years of experience in Software Testing.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Motor Insurance domain testing.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
