Key responsibilities include:

• Estimation Efficiency: Ensure 90% of repair cost estimates are provided within 48 hours of inspection, consistently improving process efficiency on a monthly basis.
• Policy Verification Compliance: Achieve a 100% compliance rate in verifying and applying insurance policy terms and conditions for all processed claims annually.
• Fraud Identification Rate: Successfully identify and report 95% of suspected fraudulent cases, aiming for zero missed significant fraud activities quarterly.
• Feedback Impact: Provide monthly reports that result in at least two actionable changes or updates by the underwriting department per year, enhancing policy accuracy and risk management.
• Total Loss Case Processing: Complete documentation and preparation of total loss vehicles for auction within 5 business days from the decision date, achieving this target for 95% of total loss cases.
• Recovery Claim Efficiency: Secure recovery approval letters for 80% of eligible claims within 45 days from the claim initiation date, assessed annually.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3–5 years of experience in motor insurance, particularly in surveying or claims
• Male, Arabic national
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and damage assessment
• Experience in repair cost estimation and policy analysis
• Good communication skills and customer handling ability
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
