Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Processing motor claims, collating detailed information and required documentation
• Monitoring the progress of a claim and providing feedback to the customer
• Processing surveys and bills related to the claims
• Liaise with the team to determine liability and negotiate the terms of a claim
• Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company

What skills do you need?

• Have an advanced level of education
• Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector
• Possess a sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
• Display excellent customer service skills
• Be capable of communicating effectively in both English and Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
