Motor Claims FNOL Agent
As a Motor Claims FNOL Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting motor claims, ensuring every notification is handled efficiently, accurately and with a strong focus on customer service. Working within a fast-paced claims environment, you will gather and assess claim information, register claims and ensure they are allocated appropriately for further handling.
You will play a key role in the triage and assessment of motor claims, capturing accurate information, asking probing questions where required and ensuring high-quality data is recorded from the outset. Your ability to identify customer needs and promote relevant support services will help enhance the overall claims experience.
The role involves liaising with a range of stakeholders, including policyholders, claimants, brokers, third-party representatives, internal technical experts and aligned service providers. You will ensure that appropriate documentation is issued promptly, instructions are provided to suppliers and all claim records are maintained to the highest standard.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain organised and focused while working under pressure. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and will be supported in your ongoing development through mentoring, training and career progression opportunities.
At Sedgwick, you'll help people and businesses recover when the unexpected happens, working alongside some of the most trusted names in insurance. From day one, you'll have access to learning and development opportunities, including support towards professional qualifications and ongoing career development.
