Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & AI Video Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual creator with strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and a solid foundation in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). You should be able to edit, animate, composite, and enhance video content, while also leveraging AI video-generation tools to produce cutting-edge visual assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth pacing, storytelling, and high production value.
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
  • Composite layered scenes, apply transitions, color corrections, tracking, mask animations, and advanced visual treatments.
  • Develop and animate 3D elements using 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max etc.) when required.
  • Use AI video-generation tools (e.g., Mid journey, Veo, Runway...) and craft effective AI prompts to create or enhance video scenes.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and marketing teams to translate briefs into polished visual outputs.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all video deliverables.
  • Optimize workflows, organize project files, and ensure best practices in rendering and output.
  • Stay updated on new trends in animation, AI video generation, and creative technology.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or Animator.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of 3D workflows; experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI video tools, prompt creation, and video-to-video or text-to-video pipelines.
  • Good sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and AI-enhanced work is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with sound design basics.
  • Knowledge in color grading (Lumetri, DaVinci).
  • Background in graphic design, branding, or advertising.
  • Understanding of VFX techniques (tracking, rotoscoping, blending modes).
