We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand
stories to life through stunning motion graphics, videos, and AI-powered creative experiments.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, including explainer
videos, ad films, reels, and product launch videos.
● Edit podcasts, event highlights, and social media videos with professional quality
and brand alignment.
● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas, storyboards, and campaign
concepts.
● Work on video and photo shoots, ensuring smooth pre-production and post-production
workflow.
● Optimize videos for multiple formats (9:16, 16:9, square) across Instagram, YouTube,
and LinkedIn.
● Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to generate ideas, design assets, and speed
up video production.
Required Skills & Tools
● Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
● Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, and
openness to learning emerging AI design/video tools.
● Strong understanding of video editing techniques, timing, transitions, and visual
storytelling.
● Good sense of color, typography, and design aesthetics.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
● Basic experience in static design (social media posts, mailers, PPT slides).
● Awareness of social media trends, viral video formats, and storytelling techniques.
● Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and push creative boundaries.
