What are your contributions to the team?

Our team:

The marketing team is responsible for growing and increasing the Bombardier brand within Quebec, Canada and around the world through market research activities, advertising campaigns and world-class events to promote the company as a whole.


Your role:

You will be responsible for creating high‑quality motion graphics and graphic design assets that support Bombardier’s storytelling, marketing initiatives, and brand communications. All creative ideation and execution are developed internally within the Brand Studio, in close collaboration with Creative Producers, videographers, and internal stakeholders.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce motion graphics for video content, presentations, digital platforms, and events.
  • Create graphic design assets for digital and print use, ensuring consistency with Bombardier brand standards.
  • Develop animations, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual storytelling elements.
  • Support video projects with motion graphics and visual enhancements.
  • Adapt and version creative assets for multiple formats and channels.
  • Work closely with Creative Producers to translate project objectives into visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers throughout production and post‑production.
  • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality, brand, and technical requirements.
  • Operate within the Brand Studio’s internal creation and governance model.
  • Follow established workflows, timelines, and approval processes.
  • Maintain organized project files and assets in Asana.
  • Support efficiency and cost‑avoidance initiatives by maximizing internal capabilities.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have professional experience in motion design and strong graphic design skills.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are proficient with industry‑standard tools (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of 3D Max is an asset).
  • You have an excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • You have experience working in an in‑house studio or an agency (an asset).
  • You are bilingual in French and English (an asset).
