Job Description

A performance marketing company on steroids is looking for a Motion Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and execute static and motion graphics that communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner, for various digital platforms- including social media digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure the cohesive execution of projects.
• Create storyboards, sketches, and mockups to help visualize concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of work.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work- a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field- Significant advantage
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro).
• Extensive experience in video editing

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle design challenges.
• High level English – written and spoken
