Job Description

Industry leader? Well, how about an industry creator?!
At WalkMe, now an SAP company, we’re not just the leader in digital adoption, we started the digital adoption revolution - enabling organizations to pinpoint and resolve digital friction, regain control of their tech stack, and be better equipped to manage future change. With over 1,600 clients, including 55 Fortune 100 companies and 6 Fortune 10 companies working with us daily, we’re transforming how enterprises interact with their technology.
So, if you’re an expert in your field, and looking for an opportunity to work, collaborate, and innovate with some of the most talented people out there, WalkMe is the place for you!

WalkMe is looking for a senior motion designer who owns the motion domain end-to-end: the craft, the systems, and the AI-powered production infrastructure behind it.

You'll be a core part of the Brand Creative team, working directly on the assets and systems that shape how WalkMe shows up in the world. The motion work spans product storytelling, brand campaigns, social series, event assets, and live productions. What makes this role different is scope: you own the motion practice. That means setting the standard, managing vendors and freelancers, and building the automated production pipelines that let the team create faster and at higher quality. This is a practice leadership role, not a pure IC seat.

What You'll Do

Motion craft
- Produce motion assets across the full range of formats: campaigns, social, product demos, event, and brand film.
- Storyboard and concept motion sequences, from early brief through to final execution.
- Maintain and evolve WalkMe's motion design standards, template library, and animation language across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with brand designers, content leads, and campaign managers on asset requirements.

AI-powered production
- Build and maintain automated production pipelines using node-based workflow tools (ComfyUI or equivalent) and generative video models (Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Veo, or others).
- Design and run automation workflows using AI agents, MCP integrations, or platforms such as n8n, Make, or Claude/GPT-based pipelines to handle repeatable production tasks: brief ingestion, asset generation, versioning, and output QA.
- Adapt and reformat assets across aspect ratios and platforms using AI-assisted tools, eliminating manual re-editing.
- Develop prompt libraries, generation templates, and branded pipeline components that keep AI-generated output consistent and on-brand at scale.
- Evaluate new models and platforms on an ongoing basis. Make and document recommendations on what to adopt, what to skip, and why.
- Build and maintain internal documentation for all AI workflows, tools, and processes.

Practice ownership
- Manage external vendors and freelancers for motion production work: briefing, directing, and QA.
- Set the standard for AI-native motion production at WalkMe, build the systems, and shape the creative output of the whole team.

What We're Looking For

- Proven senior-level motion design skills with a strong portfolio across brand, product, and campaign formats.
- Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proficient in Figma, with experience collaborating inside design files alongside brand and product designers.
- Deep, hands-on experience with the AI motion and generative video landscape: actual production use, not just awareness.
- Experience building and operating node-based pipelines (ComfyUI or equivalent).
- Experience designing automation workflows using AI tools and platforms (n8n, Make, Claude/GPT-based pipelines, or similar).
- A clear point of view on AI tooling: can evaluate options, make recommendations, and justify choices with reasoning.
- Experience briefing, directing, and QA-ing work produced by freelancers or external vendors.
- Highly self-directed. Track record of building processes independently and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Fluent English with clear written communication for briefs, process docs, and stakeholder updates.

Nice to Have

- AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno) for voiceover and sound design automation.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise brand motion.
- 3D: Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Experience building or contributing to internal creative tooling.

Why This Role

Motion at a global enterprise SaaS company is a big canvas. You'll work on real brand moments, from product launches to flagship events, with the craft standards and resources to do them right.

What makes this role rare is ownership. You set the standard for how AI-native motion production works at WalkMe, build the systems behind it, and manage the vendors and pipelines that scale it. The infrastructure you put in place will have a direct impact on WalkMe's brand across every channel.

At WalkMe, we approach Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with the same level of collaboration, innovation and accountability that we bring to the rest of our business. We believe in the value of diversity and are committed to ensuring an equitable and inclusive workplace where every employee has an equal opportunity to achieve success.
