Conduct MOT tests with meticulous attention.
Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults.
Perform servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer specs.
Communicate clearly with customersexplain work, give updates, manage expectations.
Keep track of paperwork and test results, uphold AA and AutoCare standards.
Occasionally assist with customer pickup/delivery arrangements or courtesy car logistics.
Valid MOT Tester accreditation.
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technicianservicing, fault-finding, repairs.
Sound understanding of MOT regulations and safety standards.
