• Responsible for mortgage loan processing and approval within assigned time to ensure customer’s needs are met in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Responsible for mortgage loan origination including property valuation, credit check, debt-to-income ratio calculation, income verification, loan application package preparation, loan approval process and loan documentation preparation.
• Provide assistance on mortgage related matters to all UOB customers.
• Provide feedback to sales staff on any loan applications which have been rejected or approved with special conditions so as to enable them to understand the reasons for rejection/approval of loans and improve their selling skills.
Job Responsibility
• Review loan applications and prepare loan recommendations according to Bank's guidelines.
• Prepare loan documentation for both UOB customers and non-UOB customers.
• Ensure compliance with BOT’s regulations and UOB policies and procedures.
• Maintain high quality service standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates on loan status.
• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years working experience in a financial institution, preferably in mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Good understanding of the Thai legal system and its impact on real estate transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented and able to maintain accuracy in large volume of work.
