What will you do?

• Cultivatelocal business opportunities and seek out new customers throughrelationship buildingwithin the community andyourcentresof influence

• Develop a loyal client base byprovidingexceptionalmortgage advice and financial solutions

• Successfully drive your personal sales results,while collaborating withRBCpartners to anchor external business

• Take the initiative to provide advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual needs

• Remain mobile tobe accessibleand accommodate clients’ preferences

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Minimum3 yearsofproven salessuccess,ideallyin financialservices or real estate

• A solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, newclientsand increased business

• Proven ability to build trust andmaintainlong-term client relationships

• Ability to cultivate strongrelationships with internal partners

• Self-starter who works independently and seeks outanswers.

• Bilingualism (English and French)required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

Nice-to-have

• Previousexperience as amortgage lender

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products

• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
