What You Will Do
Milliman’s Milwaukee-based property and casualty practice is a leading expert in evaluating mortgage collateral for government agencies, mortgage lenders, insurers, reinsurers, and investors. Our consulting work is supported by a powerful toolkit of data analytics solutions informed by years of in-depth work in the mortgage industry.
The Mortgage Servicing Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing data processes, building best-in-class predictive models, and supporting strategic decision-making. As the inaugural hire into this role, we are in search of a proactive individual who excels in an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate with client-facing consultants to understand requirements and develop insightful data-driven solutions.

Location
This is a remote position. Candidates hired into this role may work onsite in select Milliman office locations, if they prefer. Applicants must be willing to travel on occasion for meetings, conferences, and team events.

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $109,020.
For candidates residing in:
Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $68,080 - $109,020.
A combination of factors will be considered in determining final compensation, including but not limited to education (including passed actuarial exams), relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, and certifications.
