
Hybrid | Warrington (2 days office-based)
£30,000–£35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Team Incentives
A growing advice-led brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser and a Protection Specialist to join the team. This is an opportunity to focus on quality advice and client outcomes, with a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily. You’ll collaborate with an experienced support team to ensure each client receives a smooth and positive journey.
Work with 2–4 pre-qualified appointments per day from internal lead sources
Provide clear, compliant advice on mortgages and/or protection products
Liaise with support administrators and fellow advisers to maintain strong client experience
Ensure great outcomes and maintain strong client relationships
Option to work with an in-house marketing function to build your personal client base
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
Ideally 2–4 years’ experience in a regulated advice or office-based role
Strong understanding of mortgages, protection and the client advice process
Collaborative, positive and reliable; able to balance pace with quality
Client-first approach with genuine care for outcomes
£30,000–£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission
Enhanced commission on self-generated business
