Mortgage Loan Officer – Hybrid/Remote |

We’re looking for motivated Loan Officers who are passionate about building relationships, driving business, and helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. You’ll work closely with realtors, builders, and clients — taking each loan from application to closing while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow your own pipeline by building relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners.

• Meet with clients (in person or virtually) to take applications, pre-qualify borrowers, and educate them on the best loan options available.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients — ensuring communication is proactive, accurate, and “WOW”-worthy from start to finish.

• Collaborate with internal teammates to support loan transactions through closing.

• Create and share marketing materials to drive visibility and generate leads.

• Attend industry events, open houses, and partner meetings to expand your professional network and uncover new opportunities.

• Stay informed on current mortgage programs, rates, and regulatory updates.

• Support fellow Loan Officers and act as a team player when needed.

• Self-starter who’s comfortable managing their own pipeline and sourcing business.

• Excellent communicator who thrives on providing outstanding customer experiences.

• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to changing loan products and systems.

• Proficient with LOS platforms, CRM/contact management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willing to be available to clients and partners as needed — because great service doesn’t stop at 5 p.m.
