Job Description


This position is responsible for supporting either the Origination, Analyst, Closing, Servicing or Portfolio Management teams (position will report to one of these group managers) for the Commercial Mortgage Loan Department. Achieve this by working closely with the various team members by creating electronic loan files, data entry, downloading documentation submitted through an online web portal, processing new loan applications, ordering reports, preparing documents and letters, boarding new loans, accounting functions and other specific tasks as assigned by the group Manager. As this role requires in-office duties, travel to the Bellevue office is expected as part of this role up to a few times per week, (frequency subject to change) along with participation in Connect events a few times a year.

Responsibilities

✔ Group specific responsibilities to support the Origination, Analyst, Closing, Servicing and Portfolio Management teams in processing of loan transactions and servicing operations.

Inside contact with Loan Closers, internal Attorney, Loan Analysts, Loan Originators, Loan Servicers, and related Managers. Outside contact with Mortgage Banker Closers, Servicers, Analysts and 3rd party report consultants.
